Whatever we focus on grows because we give it energy, we give it life. So if we want our fears to grow, we focus on that and it is done. If we want joy and peace to grow, we focus on that and it is done too. It's a choice we all make everyday. Make the choice that matters, and heals you. Because when you heal the world heals with you. It's not Rocket Science. Drops become ripples become waves become oceans... We are all part of the Grand Design.
