Sometimes you need to let the pain in, so you can look it in the eye and say "Thank you for making me a stronger soul today". So you can embrace it and burn it with your love and use that as fuel for your journey.

Serenity
Serenity... we all want that. But lately I've stopped looking for it in the madness and chaos, hoping that there will be this moment of silence and peace that lasts forever. That's never really happened, and it never will.For as long as I live, life will be a fine mix of contradiction and ambiguity... and I'm OK with that. I've learned now that serenity is something I can still have even in the midst of noise and chaos. If I can silence my mind, and take comfort in the fact that my spirit is indestructible, I can never be shaken or fazed and nothing can really bring harm to me unless I allow it. It all boils down to me, how much of my power I have given away I can relinquish and how strong I perceive myself-- that's how peaceful I can be inside.

Her paintings are so true to life, they are infused with beauty and peace... I adore them so much, perhaps because a lot of them remind me of my 6 year old daughter-- innocent, spirited, gentle, fancy free. I've always had a love for fine art, and I must say, Karen Noles' collection is one of the best I have seen so far. If you remember I featured young painter Akiane Kramarik not so long ago. Karen's images have the same energy that speaks to my soul... comforting, uplifting. At times I even see myself in the children she draws, they make me smile, and remember....
It is such an honor and a pleasure of mine to bring forth Karen Noles and her light on Soulspeak today.

Who is Karen Noles?
I grew up in a loving family in very small Nebraska rural farm ranch community of 300. My best friend was a ranch girl with horses and of course we spent a lot of our free time riding the open hill in the country. My grandparents had a small farm miles out of town and enjoyed the farm life and spending time with them as well. In many ways it was a kind of Norman Rockwell setting. However, once graduating from high school I was anxious to go else where to find my own placein the world. Going to the big and exciting city of Omaha to art school opened up a new door for me where I began my journey to my artistic path.
Is this something you dreamed of doing as a child?
From the early age of five I had 2 big dreams...that of being and artist and having my own horse. My kindergarten teacher took my parents aside and told them they should encourage me in art as she felt I was gifted with exceptional ability. I have no idea what she saw in my childish marks with crayon and paper, but my parents (especially my mother) did do their best given the very small town whereI lived and its limited opportunities in providing me with paper and pencil andencouraging me. I received much praise from my drawings and like all children I enjoyed the attention so kept doing more and improving in my skills.I was first exposed to horses at my grandfather's farm in Minnesota where he raised Shetland ponies...It was love at first sight, I loved riding and being around them... from then on I dreamed of someday having my own horse. I bought myfirst horse when I was 26 after moving to Montana with my young family fulfilling that dream from my youth. I could saddle up at my barn and go through a gate on my own 10 acres to ride fabulous trails in thousand of acres of beautiful Indian land. That was paradise.
Tell me about the birth of your art.
I was second oldest of 5 children, grew up with loving parents but of modestmeans. My parents enrolled me in an 18 month commercial art school course in Omaha NE which I was accepted and enrolled in right after high school. I loved learning and practicing art in many different mediums. It was near the end of the course where I had almost finished getting my portfolio ready when a representative from Hallmark Cards came by the school to look for prospective illustrators for their greeting card industry. They were very impressed with my portfolio and work, there by paying my way to Kansas City for a personal interview where I was hired and soon after, at the age of 19 began work as an illustrator. I was part of a group of 25 or so art students from all over the US starting under a training program to get us started and introduced to the market, it's needs andwhere we best fit in. It was a wonderful and exciting experience. Initially, I hadthought of going into fashion illustration but by the late 60's the camera wastaking over that market. The greeting card business just fell in my lap. After 7 years or so working in KC and Anaheim CA in greeting card illustration, my husband, 4 month old daughter and I moved to Polson MT on the Flathead IndianReservation where my husband took a teaching position. I got a contract with acompany in California and continued to do the illustration work. After almost 20 years in the business, working inside companies and freelancing I became restless and needed change so began experimenting with the fine art market. It was kind of a trial and error experience with different mediums and subject matter to see where I fit. Consistent sales came once I began painting portraits of Indian children. I had never been exposed to American Indian culture so began visitingmuseums, photographing collections and doing the research that helped me evolve and grow. Living on the reservation gave me tremendous resources and inspiration as well the models necessary for my paintings.
Why young girls? (as subject)
Being a woman and mother of 2 daughters...I relate to them most. Within the Western Art Market and the Cowboy-Indian Historical aspect of the market and its collectors I felt there was a need for more paintings depicting the feminine side of the genre. There are an abundance of paintings illustrating the male hunter-warrior experience. And, I felt a need to paint and express young girls beautiful,positive, happy, peaceful and loving natures. The innocence of a child is so precious and fleeting. I love to capture those sacred moments in time before the child forgets who she is....and is caught up in the trappings of growing into adulthood. Maybe it's my way of holding on to the little girls I once cared for and protected. I have long since had to let go of them so they can move on to their own journey and find their own path. On a more practical point...my paintings of women and little girls sell best as well. That is what my collectors want from me.
How do you prepare your self for each work of art? What inspires them?
I prayerfully invite divine spirit to help me infuse each painting with love, to help me capture the essence of the soul of my model, to give this painting an energy of love and light...to bring it to a life that will speak of all that is good and to help me do my best.
Have you ever stopped working on your paintings when a challenge came? How did you overcome it?
Yes, I have. I will put the painting aside, work on another painting...then go back to it after I had had some time away from it ...look at it with fresh eyes and explore the solutions.
What other passions enrich your spirit?
I have always loved horses and horseback riding along the mountain beautiful trails where I live that overlook the awe inspiring and beautiful Flathead lake and the majestic Mission Mountains. I love walking and reveling in the beauty of nature. I also enjoy bicycling, hiking, swimming, spending time with friends and family. I love the company of my cat and his contented purr. I enjoy the adventure of traveling and learning about new places and people. I love spending time with my dear friends and family.

Any regrets?
I have spent too much time agonizing and comparing myself with others I greatly admire and feeling I come up short and am not “good enough”. I have also felt too much stress with the competitiveness of our culture and of the art market in particular
What have you learned from yourself from this experience?
That I must release feelings of comparison and competitiveness, simply do my best and enjoy being me.

THE OLD LADY IN COPACABANA
She was standing on the sidewalk of Atlantica Avenue with a guitar and a hand-written sign that said:
“Let's sing together.”
She began to play alone. Then a drunk arrived, and another old lady and they began to sing along with her. In a short time a small crowd was singing together and another small crowd played the audience, applauding at the end of each song.
“Why do you do this?” I asked between songs.

Just a few lines from a song called "EQUATOR LOVE" ... shared to me by one of my friends. I fell in love with it instantly, and it made me even happier when I found out who sang it, an 18 year old artist named Avaire Brenyo. It gives me so much joy knowing that we have, in our youth, a breed of souls that dedicate their work manifesting love and just using that energy to lift others, and in turn lift themselves. I've always looked to the Universe for signs, that things are going to be okay, and getting connected with people like Avaire is just a loud enough message that there is hope... that it is possible to thrive in a world that is immersed in greed and anger and pain... by following our passions, by doing what we have always dreamed of doing, by singing our heart song, we can only come together and gather in peace, if we focus on what truly matters, we bring ourselves into oneness. There really is no way to love... Love is the way. It is with great pleasure that I share Avaire's love and light with you today.
Tell me a bit about yourself. (Roots, Growing -up years, Family Life)
I was born in Paraguay as "Evar Francisco". I was adopted at 6 months into a military family by my beautiful parents, Mike and Mimi Brenyo. Being in a military family, we had to move every few years. We spent 4 years in Okinawa, Japan, and 5 years in Tokyo. I am 18 now, so I spent just about half of my life out in Japan! I loved it so much. Currently I am living in NC and I'm taking music classes in a community college.
I have always loved music. I am the only one in my family who sings. I would always sing at lunch with my friend Nico C. who played guitar when I lived in Japan. It felt so good. So I started working with different artists in Japan...different producers...and just went on from there!
I was a part of this amazing project in Yokohama with this Japanese band. Hirofumi (the producer) saw a cover song Nico and I made of "Man In The Mirror" and he contacted me. Soon after, I signed a one time contract as an artist. A practice session he filmed in one of the times we all met up (Michael Jackson - Man In The Mirror (cover) MJCX Full) is posted online.
What motivates you to do what you are doing?

A day in the life of Avaire...
I wake up, meditate, if I wake up early enough... I watch the sunrise, then I get some food in my system. After breakfast I head to college. I come back home, work on music, write, network with people on Skype, And then watch the sunset from this lake by my house. I come back home and work on more music, whatever is on my mind at the time... and I usually have A LOT on my mind.(laughs)

What is Love for you?
I can't explain it.... again! (laughs again)

ACCEPTANCE of a gift is a GIFT in itself.
As each day passes I notice how my daughter never ceases to surprise me with little presents, they could be anything too--- a little note she slips under my door that says "Dear mommy I love you" or a small plastic flower she rips off one of her toys , or a heart shaped stone she picks up from the playground. Everyday she does that more than once and she touches my heart in ways I cannot begin to describe.
In retrospect, I wonder how I wasn't the same way growing up, and ask myself what did I do differently? Or what was not done to me as a child... And then I realize one thing , it is that every time she gives me something I would always stop what I'm doing and hug her very very tight and thank her for such a beautiful gift, with all enthusiasm and excitement.
I think kids love that... I think in their heart of hearts they will really give and love us unconditionally, but when we show our appreciation and acknowledge them it boosts their energies even more and inspires them to carry on with their creative expression.
Once again my little one reminds me of a very important aspect in human connection that keeps that balance and harmony --- That simple appreciation and gratitude ... That simple ACCEPTANCE of a gift ...that alone is a gift in itself.

Your Life Only Changes When You Change
Today my daughter approached me looking very sad, she said: "Mommy 2 girls are making fun of me in school."
I asked her "Why?"
"Because they laugh at me and tell me I have a funny voice."
I stopped and thought of what to tell her and said "Do you think you have a funny voice.?"
She said "No".
"Me too" I said. "I think your voice sounds lovely and I like it very much."
I went on by saying "If I tell you that you have a big red spot on your nose right now, and laughed, would you feel bad?"
She said "No mommy, because I don't have a big red spot"
"Exactly" I said... "That's exactly what others are doing when they make fun of you baby. They only tell you what they see, but it doesn't necessarily mean it's real. Maybe the next time something like this happens you can just ask -- Is it true? Is that who I am? And when you find out people are making things up then you can just smile secretly right?, smile at them and smile at what happened... Because you know what's true inside you "
She started to laugh ... and that's all I needed to know she gets it. At 6 years old, she gets it!
I laughed too.
I was so happy for saying that--- the old Juno would have said something along the lines of "Don't mind them you're better" or "They're just jealous of you." if I hadn't done some inner dialogue first. Yes that would have been the case, but it wasn't.
Life...Nothing and no one can change it for you... It only changes when you change it for you. :)

Love is a Temporary Madness
Love is a temporary madness, it erupts like volcanoes and then subsides. And when it subsides, you have to make a decision. You have to work out whether your roots have so entwined together that it is inconceivable that you should ever part. Because this is what love is. Love is not breathlessness, it is not excitement, it is not the promulgation of promises of eternal passion, it is not the desire to mate every second minute of the day, it is not lying awake at night imagining that he is kissing every cranny of your body. Healing The World... One Mind At A Time
Not so long ago my friend posted one of Dolores Cannon's many Youtube interviews and as I watched , I was instantly drawn to the energy and spirit of this woman, and I resonate so well with the message she carries and echoes across nations.... LOVE. On top of that a very important aspect of life she shares through her teachings is that need and urgency for so many to heal themselves, from past wounds and from their painful history, and in turn for those who healed to heal others along the way, all with the power of love, understanding and bringing forth the light of truth upon each other.
Dolores, a native of St. Louis Missouri is a pioneer in hypnosis, and past life history, and has written so many books, which included the titles Conversations with Nostradamus, Between Life & Death, Jesus and The Essenes . I plan to sit down and read them all very soon. Since the dawn of her work in hypnosis, she already helped many people all around the world to understand the problems and issues we face in our current life by firstly understanding our past. She was able to study the various hypnosis methods and thus developed her own technique which enabled her to gain the most efficient release of information from her clients. She is now teaching her unique technique of hypnosis known as the 'Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy' throughout the world. Dolores has also been a UFO investigator for over 20 years, using her skill as a Regressionist to help people that had been involved in abduction cases. She has written several books on the UFO information volunteers have revealed while under hypnosis. Her thirteen books are translated into twenty languages.
I truly enjoyed my brief chat with Dolores and I am so thankful and blessed that she was able to squeeze me in her busy schedule. She is so transforming, and just so full of life. It is an honor and a dream alike to have her as my very first Soulspeak guest in this New Dragon Year.
I heard you lived in the Philippines for some time?
Yes I lived in the Philippines for two years! Two of my children were born there. I learned some Tagalog. I was thinking ... when I was there you probably weren't even born yet...
I was born in '77...Which years were they born?
Waaaay before you were born! (laughs) ... My daughter was born '58 and my son in '60... we left after that... We lived in Cavite.
Oh wow! I lived in Cavite too. I just moved out of the place 2 years ago.
Yes Cavite was just across the bay... they used to have a Naval base called Sangley. They shut it down. But I love the Philippines. I was very happy there.
That's wonderful. So... how many books have you written so far, does any of them talk about this transition?
I've written 17 books and working on 3 more. But one of my books tells the story of how I began and how I got into all of this. That was in1968. I was one of the first ones who ever get into past life regression before anyone knew what it was.
You've done a lot of work on hypnosis, teaching, and spent years writing about it... Is this something you dreamed of as a child? Did you ever see this coming?
No... Its like I have lived many lives in one... I would never have thought of any of this way back then. I am a pioneer in hypnosis and began in the 1960s… but before this I was just married, a Navy wife traveling the world with my husband and I had a large family. I would never have thought I would be doing any of this or writing way back then at all.
What is it that you love most about what you're doing?
The therapy. You see, it's not just past life regression. I've developed my own technique of hypnosis. It's a very valuable technique. We've gone past past life regressions, that's the beginning... and when we have these sessions we have instantaneous healing in one session. I've traveled the world, and taught thousands of people already. Doctors are taking it and incorporating it into their practice. Psychiatrists are learning it. I'm working with doctors all over the world who are involved in natural medicine and alternative healing. The most important part is helping the person with problems because everybody's got problems. But to me the important part is healing. We have found something very valuable and very unusual as a way to have instant healing in one session.
Wonderful... Do you have a memorable session with one client or student?
I've had sessions with thousands and thousands of people, and sometimes they end up in my books. I'm not a psychic or a channel. Everything I write about are cases I have done. I've had many that have been very strange and unusual ones you'll find them in my three volume set on the Nostradamus prophecy. I was the only one ever to translate all 1000 prophecies. That's during the early part of my work. I spent 25 years lecturing on them all ove the world. And then I went on to other things because I got more books written. I've written books on the life of Jesus by people who were there.they would tell you what the real Jesus was like. My books have been translated in 200 languages. I've had many outstanding cases. I've been doing UFO research as an investigator for 25 years. I've been doing crop circles for 25 years -- ALL of these are memorable. I have hundreds and hundreds of cases that have been verified by doctors of people who had healing done to them during these sessions. It would be impossible to pick up one and two. I include them in my books and I move on.
That makes sense... Dream, experience it, let it go and move along.
There's too much happening and it's happening all the time. I'm teaching it because there's so many people needing help and I can't see everyone. So I started having my classes in 2002. I'm teaching them everywhere. I'm having other people use the technique to help people too.There's no other way My waiting list alone for sessions is over 2 years long... That's why I have to have other people being able to do this. So I can't remember....they're just too many cases! (laughs).. but in my books there are many listed of quite remarkable stories and things that have happened to people.
There is a recent video of Princess Nakamaru of Japan that is getting quite a lot of attention. She discloses some sensitive information. Have you seen it? If so, what is your take on it?
Well I have not seen the video but I have a weekly radio show of my own that goes all over world, and in my last show, somebody called in and mentioned this about the Princess of Japan and what she had said, and then I saw some emails about it but I haven't really seen it ... It was something about 2012...
Yes, she talked about contact, underground cities, 3 days of darkness…
That’s what I shared on my radio show… I’ve known about the underground cities I know they are there. This is true-- Right after Atlantis when it was destroyed and went down, a lot of the people that survived went underground and they have created cities there. They have no desire to come to the surface. They live underneath and the ET's help them form these cities. They have light down there its like a mini sun that gives them light. There are lakes and gardens... It's extremely beautiful and they don’t have the violence we have on the surface because they have not been so caught up in the technology and everything . But they are WAY ahead of us with the computers. They have computers that we can't even begin to have. They have transportation that could go 3,000 miles per hour from one side of the planet to the other underneath the surface. This is all in my books and I've written about them. The entrances to these underground cities were placed underneath pyramids. And these are all around the world , not just ones in Egypt. They put the entrances to the underground cities and then they put he pyramids on top of these entrances. I have a great deal of information about them and they are in some of my books.
As for ET contact, see I've worked with that for 25 years. I’ve written four books on that – so if she was talking about the 2012 of December 3 days of darkness --- I say, “Where have we heard that before?” They talked about it just a few months ago too if you heard about it or not. They said that the real end of the Mayan calendar was October 28, 2011 and on that day there was going be the "big shift" and we're gonna be having 3 days of darkness. I said well I was in Australia back then and whatever happened I would be able to see it – and of course nothing happened.
And if you remember the Y2K in year 2000 when they said all the computers will crash and all kinds of horrible things will be happening, I was interviewed on CNN and HBO on the week before 2000 came in and they were asking me what I think and I said nothing. I was the only person who was lecturing that nothing was gonna happen and nothing did. So I expect nothing to happen at the end of this year.
Logically the only way we can have 3 days of darkness would be if a volcano or something erupted and blocked out the sun. There is going to be a direct line up of the planets with the sun at that time, and they're figuring the pull on the earth may do something, we'll find out about that but they say it's a very rare event. I don't know if you remember the Krakato o in Java erupted. That was the year without summer because the ash and spread all over the world and blocked out the sun and made things colder – but I don’t see any other way it could happen, but we'll find out. I have not found anything dealing with 3 days of darkness in my work --it would be interesting to know where she got her information.
All our lives we have heard people say "this year the world is going to end" its been going on a lot longer than you have been alive that people have been coming up with that ... and it hasn't happened ... So I wont worry about it.
I pull a lot of what I write, my poetry and reflections, from my dreams... What are DREAMS for you?
Dreams are for entertainment purpose. Its messages from the sub-conscious mind because the sub-conscious mind works with symbols or symbolism. Usually the dreams are in symbols and of course symbols can be interpreted in many different ways. It all depends on the person having the dream.
I have some clients that come to me sometimes with pages of dreams that they want me to help interpret for them. But dreams are very individual. What something means to you in a dream as a symbol may not mean that at all to someone else--- don't if you knew this, but most of the great inventions of the world have happened from people's dreams.
People have taken naps like Edison , Einstein... all these famous people they would take a nap and they would be given the answers to whatever they were looking for. The man who developed the image of the double helix for the DNA symbol... he got that from his dream... Many people have been getting answers from their dreams – but most of the time dreams are symbols that don’t usually make sense to a lot of people. It’s an individual thing. If it helps you, if you're getting something out of it, then that’s very good.
On the "Convoluted Universe" you spoke about how ETs do not go by any labels of some kind, but how about some groups coming about (eg. Pleiadians Arcturians, etc) These are all labels right?
That’s been around for a long time too... What I found out from them (ETs) in my sessions is that they don't call themselves anything they don't use names. They use vibrations and frequencies and it's all mind to mind. They don't have names for anything. Humans are the ones that have to put a name or label on something. So they said , "If I were to tell you I was from that star to the left of the North Star , that constellation then that wouldn't do you any good because your scientists don't even have a name for that constellation." But sometimes if people really want a name they'll all say a name but that doesn't mean that's where they are from. They don't use names for themselves , their planets or anything Its a mind to mind thing. Their minds are very powerful -- that’s how they propel their space ships. That's why they don't speak. So if somebody wants to say they're getting messages from the Pleiadians...OK, but that doesn't mean anything to me because that’s just a name that person is putting on something.
Let's talk about DMT (Ayahuasca)... Something that has been well known now despite being taboo , for its unusual yet transforming effects. People often leave and travel to Peru or the Amazon to take it... Those who have taken the drink find they have uncovered deeper truths about themselves, rediscover sensitivity with nature, peeled off layers or even purged fears... I'm interested to know your thoughts on this.
Well I've not heard about it, but why would you need a drink to do that? You can do that yourself. It sounds like somebody has found a way to sell a drink it may just be water, but they tell you something about it yeah you'll buy it if they say it has some magical property....If u have fears, you can get rid of them yourself. I hear this all the time in my therapy work , people are coming to me who have fear they have phobias they have a lot of problems. FEAR is a very strong emotion that human beings have--- if they don’t understand something they are afraid of it. In my lectures I tell people... examine it ...look at it ...interfere... don’t let anyone tell you something...don’t give your power way to anyone.... you hear things like that , ask questions... ask lots and lots of questions, look up these things, find out for yourself , then figure it out. Don’t buy into fear because that seems tome that someones kind of trying to introduce fear – by saying you gotta have this magical drink to get rid of fear when you don't all you have to do is to understand where your fear is coming from, what is making you afraid, and then look at it, and really analyze it and say "I don't need that", because you buy into it, it becomes a part of you. You know, what you are afraid of you draw towards you, because you give it energy.
Anything you give energy to you give it life, and it's drawn to you... You can create the fear just by focusing on it. So once you start looking at it and say "what am I afraid of , why am I afraid of it, where does it come from, you can get rid of it yourself. I think someones found a way to make money off of a drink. That's all I would say.
People have reported visions too right after they drink it...
Maybe its got some kind of a substance in there that would create visions like some kind of dope or something. I have not heard of this in America they (ETs) usually tell me everything that’s going on but I havent heard anything about this. The doctor can give you a pill that doesn't do anything but if you think it's gonna do something it will... So if you drink this and you think its gonna do something to you then it will... unless they put something in it. I wouldn't put much stock in believing it anyhow. The ETs are developing cures for diseases but they will give them to Scientists and doctors. It's not gonna be this way.
On some interviews I heard you speak about the 3 waves of volunteers, and the Old and New Earth. And then I wondered why it has to be like that. Did you ever ask them (ETs) why there needs to be an Old Earth and a New Earth? Is it necessary to leave others behind?
It's in my books, I've written 2 books last year... it's the first time I've ever written two books in one year. One of them is the 3 waves of volunteers and the New Earth and it explains it all very exactly. You remember on earth we have free will. We're the only planet in the universe that has free will and we're allowed to do what we we want to do, and they have to respect that . Other planets don't have free will. But on earth if you make a decision you can make a decision to do whatever you want. That's why there has two earths earth otherwise it would be nothing but puppets.
Those who decide to go to the New Earth are those wanting love, they're wanting change, beauty and wonder. But there are those other people who are very deep into negativity and they have no desire to change. They want to stay in the negativity. They will stay with what they have created because they created it.
But I was told don't worry about it. It won't make any difference anyway because eventually they'll all get there it's just going to take them a lot longer to reach the New Earth. But that's where the division comes in . ---the ones who want to stay with the negativity, the wars and the catastrophes, and the ones who want to move on... It's an individual decision and we're making these decisions all the time because that's what life is all about-- trying to understand and go whichever way we think we should. All the earth is is just a school anyway. You learn the lesson and then you move on to the next lesson.
This is in the Bible too, it's in the Book of Revelations where it describes the New Earth. It talks about the New Heaven and the New Earth, and that's what it's talking about and how some will be left behind.It's because they are still negativity. It's their own free will and decision. You can't go against that.
What is LOVE?
This is what they told me time and time again in my sessions.... They said fear is not real, fear is an illusion, fear is for entertainment purposes only. The only thing real is love... Love is the most powerful emotion there is. We all come from God or Source. Everyone originates from the Source ...God is total love and that’s why nothing negative could ever come out of God -- God is total love. That's what Jesus did... that's what he was trying to teach people to get therm out of the wheel of karma and to be able to get away from the fear ...to move them up the ladder, to improve themselves... to teach them how to love each other -- that’s all it's about ...that's the only thing it was about but people didn't understand what he was trying to teach and they killed him. but that's what I tell everyone, that's the MAIN THING --- it's LOVE...When we have love, we don't need anything else.
You have a very exciting life.. Any other dreams , aspirations you would love to pursue... passions you would like to fulfill ?
I'm doing everything I want to do now. I'm writing more and more books, I'm traveling all over the world, I'm speaking before huge audiences everywhere and passing on the knowledge and information that I've learned... I'm teaching large classes everywhere in order to do what I do...so I am really doing what I love to do right now.
Your ONE MESSAGE to the world.
I'm often asked this question. Just remember that you create your reality and you can't blame anybody else for it. If you don't like something in your life, you can un-create it. If you want to live in a positive, beautiful world that's your reality, if you want to live in a negative world that's your reality. You have the choice. In order to go with the 'new earth' there's two things you have to do that's very important to help change your vibration - the first thing you have to do is get rid of Karma. Karma is what holds you to the 'old earth'. That means you are going to have to forgive, and release it and let go. It does't matter if you came from a bad home where your parents treated you harmfully let it go... it doesn't matter if you've had a bad husband a treated you badly release karma is what holds u to the old earth... Karma is a law you have to do it and then you have to go around and come around it... You have to complete it and do it all again. Forgive--release--let go... you learned the lesson say "I forgive you I release you and let you go."
The other is you have to get rid of fear ... Look at things with different eyes. Don't buy into the fear... Think for yourself and ask lots and lots of questions... dont give your power over to anyone.
